What data we collect and why

This is a static information website. The only personal data we actively collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one) and the content of your message. We use this data for one purpose only - to answer your enquiry and, where you ask for it, to prepare a treatment quote.

The legal basis for this processing is your consent, which you give by submitting the form, and - where your enquiry concerns a possible treatment - the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a treatment agreement. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by emailing us.

How the contact form works

When you submit the contact form, your details are processed on our own website infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages) and stored in a database operated by us on Cloudflare, so we can answer you and keep track of your enquiry. A copy is delivered to the clinic inboxes by Resend (Resend, Inc.), an email delivery service acting as a processor on our behalf; delivery is handled in its EU (Ireland) region and your data is not used for any other purpose. Enquiry records are kept no longer than 24 months and are deleted earlier on request.

If you choose to contact us via the WhatsApp link on this site, the conversation takes place inside WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms. We recommend keeping initial messages general and sharing medical details only once we ask for what is actually needed for your quote.

Photos of your teeth and health details

Photos of your teeth, X-rays and anything you tell us about your health are health data. We ask for them only to prepare your treatment plan, and we process them on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give by choosing to send them to us. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us, and ask us to delete what you sent.

Because the clinic is in Türkiye, this data is sent to and stored in a country outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, for which there is no adequacy decision. We rely on your explicit consent for this transfer. If you send photos on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) processes metadata such as your phone number under its own terms; if you prefer, use the form on this site or email instead.

What you send is used only to prepare your plan and your treatment. It is never published, and never used as a before and after image, without a separate written consent. A message or a form is not a diagnosis and is not an emergency channel: in a medical emergency contact your local emergency services.

Google Maps (click-to-load)

The map on our contact page is embedded with a click-to-load mechanism: no data is transferred to Google when the page loads. Only if you actively click to load the map does your browser connect to Google, which may then process your IP address under Google's privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

No analytics cookie is set until you allow it. On your first visit a banner asks whether we may measure your visit. Until you choose Accept, Google Consent Mode keeps every analytics and advertising cookie switched off, and the site works exactly the same if you decline.

If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) to see which pages lead to enquiries and which advertisements work. These services set cookies and process your IP address, approximate location, device and browser, the pages you view and whether you clicked WhatsApp, a phone number, an email address or the enquiry form. We do not send them your name, phone number or the content of your message. Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

With the same consent we also use Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC), because Yandex is the search engine most of our Russian-speaking visitors arrive from and Google Analytics does not report that traffic properly. Metrica processes your IP address, approximate location, device and browser and the pages you view, and sets its own cookies. Session recording and form analysis are switched off, so nothing you type into the enquiry form is recorded. Yandex processes this data on servers in Russia and Finland. If you decline, the Metrica script is never loaded at all.

You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)⁠(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time with effect for the future.

Where your data is processed

Our clinic is located in Türkiye, so enquiries sent to us are read and answered there. We treat your data with the same care described in this policy regardless of where you contact us from.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any reasonable follow-up, then delete them. If you become a patient, separate medical record-keeping obligations under Turkish health law apply to your treatment records.
