What data we collect and why
This is a static information website. The only personal data we actively collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one) and the content of your message. We use this data for one purpose only - to answer your enquiry and, where you ask for it, to prepare a treatment quote.
The legal basis for this processing is your consent, which you give by submitting the form, and - where your enquiry concerns a possible treatment - the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a treatment agreement. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by emailing us.
How the contact form works (Web3Forms)
Form submissions are transmitted through Web3Forms, a form-processing service that forwards your message to our clinic email inbox. Web3Forms acts as a processor on our behalf: it relays your submission and does not use your data for its own purposes. After delivery, your enquiry lives in our email inbox and is handled directly by the clinic team.
If you choose to contact us via the WhatsApp link on this site, the conversation takes place inside WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms. We recommend keeping initial messages general and sharing medical details only once we ask for what is actually needed for your quote.
Google Maps (click-to-load)
The map on our contact page is embedded with a click-to-load mechanism: no data is transferred to Google when the page loads. Only if you actively click to load the map does your browser connect to Google, which may then process your IP address under Google's privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
This site currently sets no analytics or advertising cookies at all, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Our host, Cloudflare, runs its own cookieless Web Analytics on this site. It counts page views and measures loading speed, processes your IP address transiently to do so, and does not store a cookie or build a profile of you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If we later switch on Google Analytics 4 or Google Ads, a consent banner will appear on your first visit and nothing will be measured until you accept. This policy will be updated at the same time.
Where your data is processed
Our clinic is located in Türkiye, so enquiries sent to us are read and answered there. We treat your data with the same care described in this policy regardless of where you contact us from.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any reasonable follow-up, then delete them. If you become a patient, separate medical record-keeping obligations under Turkish health law apply to your treatment records.
Your rights
